Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason, if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs incurred if you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In no case will you incur fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back—whichever occurs first. You are required to return the goods without delay and no later than fourteen days after your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen days.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for a possible decrease in the value of the goods if this is due to handling the goods in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
